The view of the lake was lovely! i also enjoyed the proximity to budweiser stage. The hotel was clean overall. 3 Pm check-in and 12 pm check-out times were convenient for me. the staff was very kind! the pool was also a plus.
The blackout blinds did not fully block out the light. This bothered me a bit. I prefer total darkness when i sleep, but it wasn't a huge problem.

the hotel exhibits beautiful design and perfect upkeep. i found the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i also appreciated the art gallery with a diverse collection of works, a lovely addition.
i noticed some slight wear on the furniture in the common areas.

The location near the concert venue proved convenient. However. I ordered food and it sat at the front desk for over an hour. Nobody contacted me to say the order had arrived. I called and they initially denied its arrival. I found it myself at the lobby. This was disappointing for a premium priced hotel.

The bathroom was really nice and very well-kept. A lovely touch, they had set a tray of high quality dessert on the coffee table. It was a way of saying Happy Birthday to my husband. I am so thankful.
I arrived at 3 PM for an evening wedding, but I was unable to get any food or snacks. Everything was full.
